Did you know that neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and epilepsy are responsible for the largest number of disability-adjusted life years? This means these conditions can result in significant reductions in quality of life and other measures of health burden. But there's hope.
By raising awareness of the impact of Brain Health and Disability, we can work toward reducing disability associated with brain disorders. This World Brain Day, we invite you to join our global effort to promote brain health and raise awareness about the challenges faced by those living with neurological disorders.
